Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and non-perishable items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Securely package the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the product back to our distribution center.
